CNAS Metal Testing Lab of Hebei K-steel Pipe Industry

Hebei K-steel Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. operates its own steel pipe testing laboratory, established upon our company's extensive expertise in third-party testing.

Founded in 2023, the K-steel pipe testing laboratory was created with the mission of providing customers with fast, scientific, impartial, accurate, and high-quality services. We are dedicated to delivering excellence and convenience; to save costs and improve efficiency for our clients, we offer a complimentary on-site sampling service upon request.

Currently, our steel pipe testing laboratory’s scope of services includes: tensile testing, flattening tests, bending tests, hardness testing, impact testing, chemical element analysis, and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)—including Radiographic (RT), Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT), and Penetrant (PT) testing—as well as direct-reading spectrometry. We are authorized to issue CNAS-certified reports.

Our Facilities:

Mechanical Laboratory: Equipped with advanced machinery including the WAW-600 universal hydraulic testing machine, HBS-3000CT digital Brinell hardness tester, HV-30Z digital automatic turret Vickers hardness tester, 0-50 continuous marking machine, LY71-UV hydraulic automatic impact specimen gap broaching machine, JB-W500B computer-screen 500J impact tester, DWC-60A (-60°C) low-temperature impact chamber, and the XT-50 Charpy projector.

Chemical Laboratory: Features the advanced LabSpark full-element direct-reading spectrometer, capable of analyzing metal elements in carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and alloy steel. We also utilize the GM-1 high-power fine spectral sample grinder alongside a comprehensive range of testing platforms and instruments.

Our Personnel:

We currently employ a team of 8 highly experienced testing professionals, including 3 core technical members and 2 engineers (one with a mid-level professional title and two with junior-level titles).
